We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and well-presented Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and travel support to the CEO. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills in Bengali, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a flexible, positive attitude. This role requires maturity, discretion, and a commitment to supporting both the CEO and the organization with integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and accompany the CEO during meetings, events, and official travel across India.

Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, follow-up reports, and maintain documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in daily administrative tasks, scheduling, appointment management, and internal communication.

Ensure smooth coordination between the CEO’s office and various departments.

Handle assigned tasks with responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.

Maintain high standards of conduct, time management, and discretion in all activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum qualification).

Excellent communication skills in Bengali; proficiency in English will be an advantage.

Smart, presentable, and confident with a polished personality.

Outgoing, open-minded, adaptable, and capable of managing dynamic situations.

Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and team-oriented approach.

Willingness to travel frequently with the CEO for official work.
